Ingredients:
- 16 (320g) medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 tablespoons (33g) peanut butter
- 4-ounces (113g) “Lily’s” dark chocolate baking bar
- Optional: ¼ cup crushed peanuts
Instructions:
- Fill each date with approximately ½ teaspoon of peanut butter. Set aside.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Using a fork or toothpick, dip each date into the chocolate until covered and set aside on a sheet of parchment paper or nonstick tray. Optional: garnish with an extra sprinkle of crushed peanuts or flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes until chocolate is set.
