In true fashion of being our CEO & Founder, Lindsey is most passionate about building things that can help change the world through health and fitness. From gym owner, to personal nutrition coach, she had a vision to bring customized, simple nutrition to the masses. Lindsey also just had her first child and with this new perspective, understands how much the body changes and how important diet and exercise is after the fact.

In her free time, she loves hiking with her two Aussies, doing CrossFit and Peloton, and anything outdoors ... especially when it's warm! Her favorite food? All the cheese!

Besides being a mastermind behind our software, Matt is also a mastermind in the kitchen. He loves trying out new recipes and new methods of cooking. His favorite dish? A reverse-seared ribeye with a dollop of tarragon butter. Mmm! Matt's also an avid CrossFit fan with his own garage gym and tries to get outside as much as possible for his two energetic dogs.

Vanessa has a creative streak and loves to make things look pretty, whether that's interior design or graphic design. If she's not editing Macrostax content, she's most likely rearranging throw pillows or thinking about her next home project. In her real free time, she loves staying active with CrossFit, muay thai, hikes, or snowboarding, and loves a good sushi dinner once a week.

Miranda has been working for Macrostax from almost the very beginning! She has a few different nutrition certifications and has been helping our Macrostaxers for years now. In her free time, she enjoys anything not macro-related. Just kidding! She actually loves cooking and makes all her favorite recipes more macro-friendly. Like most of us, she has a sweet tooth and loves sushi.

Although she currently resides in Georgia, Miranda is originally from Minnesota. So she loves the cold weather along with collecting socks and stocking caps!

Tim is our resident gearhead, with a few motorcycles and an older truck that keeps him busy in his free time. He loves taking them out for rides as a way to explore all the awesome areas that Colorado has to offer. Plus, he's always on the lookout for his next project car or bike.

Choosing a favorite food is a little hard for him, but if he had to pick, he'd go with sushi!

Have a history question? Steve's your guy. He considers himself a history buff and spends free time reading up on anything about it! If it's not history, Steve enjoys a good BBQ, board games, or a bike ride.

As for food? Pretty much anything on an Indian restaurant menu is his sweet spot!
