This might be the only way you make brussels sprouts anymore with the air fryer giving them the perfect crunch on the outside!

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (908g) brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
- 4 teaspoons olive oil 18g)
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons coconut aminos (72g)
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce (34g)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (40g)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 teaspoons rice vinegar (18g)
- 1 ½ teaspoons fresh ginger (minced)
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees F for five minutes while you prepare your brussels. Season the brussels with the olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, and cayenne. You can batch fry these so you don’t overcrowd your air fryer.
- Air fry for 30 minutes, tossing half way through, or until your desired doneness. I like mine to be super crispy on the outside.
- In the meantime, make your sauce. Whisk together coconut aminos, chili garlic sauce, maple syrup, 2 tablespoons water, rice vinegar, and fresh ginger in a large bowl.
- When the brussels are done, toss them in the sauce and immediately dig in!
Notes:
- Substitute soy sauce or tamari for the coconut aminos as desired.
