- 2 slices (56g) “Dave’s Killer Bread” thin-sliced
- ½ cup (113g) low-fat 2% cottage cheese
- 6 slices (42g) cucumber
Instructions:
- Toast bread to desired level.
- Spoon cottage cheese evenly on top, then add vegetable toppings
Notes:
- Feel free to use your own preferred toppings such as cucumber and pickled onions, sliced tomatoes and fresh basil, or bell pepper and sprouts. Macro differences between vegetable choices will be negligible.
