Ingredients:
- 17g Cashews
 - 51g Banana
 - 480g Fairlife 2% Milk
 - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
 
Instructions:
- Soak 2 tablespoons of raw cashews in 4 tablespoons of water overnight
 - Discard any remaining water
 - Rough chop cashews
 - Combine milk, banana, cashews along with 1/2 cup of ice and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in Vitamix or blender
 - Blend on high until smooth and creamy
 - Serve immediately (while still cold) and garnish with more cinnamon.
