Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork tenderloin (454g)
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar (55g)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth (120g)
- 2 tablespoon butter (28g)
- 2 large fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions:
- In a small bowl combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, dried rosemary, garlic salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Pat pork tenderloin dry and coat all over with the spice rub. Set aside.
- Pour the beef broth into the bottom of your slow cooker. Add the pork tenderloin to your slow cooker, along with any excess rub.
- Place the butter slices along the top of the tenderloin. Then, place the two sprigs of fresh rosemary in the broth and close the lid.
- Cook for 2 hours on low or 1 hour on high.
- Take the tenderloin out of the slow cooker and slice. Place back in the slow cooker for a few minutes so it can absorb more of the sauce. Portion sauce evenly with tenderloin slices and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
